We started in 2021 as a small note-sharing circle in Christchurch. The same practical question kept coming up: how do you keep a steady rhythm when work, family, and weather keep shifting?
Instead of building a promotional programme, we documented what people actually tried. Some ideas worked straight away, others needed rework. This site keeps that honest, process-first record.
